C. D. McCloud is a native of Tallahassee, Florida. He has a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Sociology from The Florida State University. He enjoys spending time with his family and is a sports enthusiast.
C.D. understands that our walk with Christ is an everyday effort filled with challenges. Through prayer, supplication and encouragement, we can face these challenges and let our light shine amongst the darkness of this world. A Beacon of Light was conceptualized from C.D. sharing special messages that God placed on his heart via social media. After seeing how receptive his friends and family were to his posts, he decided it was time to expand his platform. A Beacon of Light: Devotionals For Your Everyday Walk with Christ is a mechanism by which we can learn and strengthen the ways in which we seek to perfect our journey on the path of Christianity.
